The team of designers who created Sequoia House aimed at offering the residents of the building clean and rational decisions regarding heating, ventilation and energy efficiency. That is why every home will have at least three sources of heating. The building will have a gas supply. Each residence will have air conditioning. Moreover, during 8 of the 12 months every household will be able to rely on the solar water system.

Facilities for the comfort and leisure of the whole family

The following amenities are provided for the comfort and leisure of the residents: barbecue, recreational areas, bike room and OTIS elevator adapted for prams and people with mobility difficulties and starting from the garage level.
